PAYMENT PLAN

POLICIES

  • You may register for REVEAL by mail or online (with a credit card). ENTRIES VIA FAX OR PHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Please send ONE certified check or money order, made payable to REVEAL DANCE, for all fees. 

  • Online registrants will automatically receive a detailed confirmation. Payment must be processed in full in order for your spot to be reserved. Without payment, you are not confirmed for the convention.

  • All returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.

  • 100 % No Refunds. No Transfers. No Exceptions.

  • Dancers who are not with a studio may register for the workshop. 

  • In order to participate in the REVEAL program, dancer must be registered for the entire workshop.

  • PLEASE NOTE: At the door, registration must be paid by cash, credit card, cashier's check or money order. REVEAL does not accept personal OR studio checks at any events, at anytime.

  • Once registration for REVEAL is submitted, it is agreed that all dancers, teachers, studio owners, parents and other attendees will not hold REVEAL responsible for any injury or loss of property during the event.

  • Wristbands - REVEAL wristbands must be worn and intact at all times. Anyone without a wristband will be denied access to the workshop. Lost or damaged wristbands will require an additional fee up to the full registration price. Wristbands may not be shared or given to another dancer.

  • Dancers may choose to switch levels after the second class of the day if space permits. 

  • Videotaping is not allowed at any time when classes are in session or during the choreographer performances.

  • By registering, you grant REVEAL the right to use your image.

  • Faculty and schedule are subject to change.

  • REVEAL reserves the right to refuse admittance, or have anyone removed from the event who is disruptive or acts in a manner that is unacceptable.

  • If registered as a group, only the group leader is permitted to pick up the registration packet.
